By 2012 to source six vulnerable raw materials from sources that do not contribute to deforestation (palm oil, soy, cocoa, beef, leather and coffee); working with the Rainforest Alliance to ensure that by 2012 all of its wood is responsibly sourced. (Source)
Achievements to Date
100% of coffee served at its cafes is from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. (Source: Rainforest Alliance).
84% of the wood-based materials used were Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, recycled or from sources that protect forests and communities. (Source: How We Do Business Report, 2012)
