Sabrina Vigilante
Director, Markets and Sustainable Value Chains
Sabrina Vigilante has more than 12 years of experience in international marketing and sustainable enterprise development. Sabrina oversees the marketing of Rainforest Alliance Certified agricultural products -- including coffee, cocoa, bananas, other tropical fruits, and cut flowers; working with coffee companies and retailers to incorporate sustainable procurement practices and consumer education into business models. Previously, she worked with Conservation International to create new business for community-owned enterprises in Latin America. In Guatemala, Sabrina worked with several indigenous women's groups in the development and marketing of two community-owned Spanish language schools. In Bolivia, she provided management training and business plan development for a community-owned ecolodge in Madidi National Park, Bolivia. Sabrina was a director of Collette Tours in Europe and Latin America, and developed and managed a regional sea turtle conservation project for the Mexican Ministry of Fisheries. Fluent in Spanish, she graduated from Tulane University with a BA in English and from Bryant College with an MBA in International Business.
