Marilú Hernández de Bosoms

Board Member

Marilú Hernández de Bosoms was born in Mexico City and is co-founder of Grupo Plan, a Mexican real estate company specializing in the development of hotels and resorts. Hernández de Bosoms serves on the board of several companies and nonprofit organizations including Banamex, Fomento de Investigación y Cultura Superior A.C. (FICSAC), the Children's Museum of Mexico City, and Fundación Quiera, and is a member of the advisory board of World Wildlife Fund-Mexico and a member of the governing body of the World Heritage Alliance.

Since 2002, Hernández de Bosoms has been the president of Fundación de la Costa de Jalisco, a non-profit organization that protects the ecology on the Pacific coast of Mexico. She also founded Fundación Haciendas Mundo Maya, which generates regional developments in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
