Peter M. Schulte is a managing partner and was a founder of CM Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm. Previously, Schulte worked at Salomon Brothers Inc. and IBM. Related to his private equity investing activities, he has established the successful publicly traded companies ICF International, Inc., and ATS Corporation, and serves as director of both companies.
Schulte also serves as a member of the board of directors of private companies including Falcon Communications, Inc., Xebec Global Corporation, RGS Associates, Inc., Laguna Ventures, Inc., Evans Consoles Inc., and Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. These companies serve multiple United States federal and state government agencies in broad areas including environment, energy, public housing, and defense department matters. Schulte serves as a trustee of the Marymount School in New York City, and serves as a founding member of the advisory board for the Center for Business and Environment at Yale University.
He received a B.A. in government from Harvard College and a Master's in public and private management from the Yale School of Management. Schulte lives in Manhattan and has hiked through rainforests on multiple continents.
