Whether salvaged from a riverbed, country barn or city brownstone, Rediscovered Wood and Underwater Salvage certification verifies the sourcing of your wood. The Rainforest Alliance's SmartWood program stamps its seal of approval on reclaimed wood that is procured using procedures that preserve the integrity of the environment as well as the health and welfare of workers and the community. As the demand for forest products grows, so does the pressure on virgin forests and overflowing landfills. Rediscovered Wood and Underwater Salvage certification is a sound choice for saving forests.
