In order to ensure that natural treasures survive for future generations to enjoy, the Rainforest Alliance has been working in Peru since 2007 to help private and community tourism enterprises incorporate sustainable practices into their business management.
In Nicaragua, thanks to the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other partners and funders, the Rainforest Alliance has led sustainable development efforts in tourism, agriculture and forest conservation.
