Contacting a certification body
Authorized certification bodies have first-hand knowledge of the countries where they operate. Certification bodies address the following inquiries as they relate to the farms and farm groups located in the region they cover:
- The process and cost of getting certified
- Information about a specific certified farm or group
- Questions about a specific auditor, service, or certification decision
- Questions and/or complaints about a certified farm or farmer group with regards to compliance with the Rainforest Alliance certification requirements
Inquiries from farm workers who feel that their employer’s communication and grievance-mechanism processes have failed to address their concernsIf you do not know which certification body carried out a specific certification, enter the name of the certified farm or farm group into our Certificate Search Tool. If you are still unable to determine the certification body, please contact email@example.com.

You can also contact us if:
- You have questions about how certification bodies are authorized and/or supervised
