Tailored Programs guides and facilitates sustainability pathways for Rainforest Alliance’s (RA) key corporate partners. To achieve this, Tailored Programs partners with companies on projects to test, innovate and strengthen RA’s certification programs (and other schemes such as FSC and RSPO), implements a suite of technical services to assess and catalyze improved sustainability performance in supply chains and across sectors, and collaborates with companies to align sourcing commitments and policies with RA’s landscape and community projects. Tailored Programs staff work closely with colleagues in Sectors and Core Markets to build relationships with companies and stakeholders and to ensure a unified presentation of services and offerings to clients across RA’s priority sectors. Tailored Programs staff also oversee the design and delivery of tailored services and projects, bringing together expertise from Themes and Partnerships, Standards & Assurance, Training, Advocacy, Farm & Supply Chain Intelligence and Regions to implement mission-driven offerings that drive value for companies while also helping to improve RA’s capability to deliver its two core interventions – reimagined certification and landscapes and community initiatives.
The Associate for Reporting and Communication will support Rainforest Alliance’s work with corporate partners to advance their sustainability performance through supply chain risk assessment and field monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services. Specifically, this position will develop written and graphic reports and data-driven dashboards to support Tailored Programs Project Managers in analyzing, visualizing and communicating sustainability trends, performance and risks for supply chains of Rainforest Alliance’s (RA) key corporate partners. The position will also work closely with the RA Marketing and Engagement team and Tailored Programs staff to integrate impactful infographics and other visuals into RA’s communication and business development materials.
