Marsh Deer Coloring Page

These rare deer can grow to be six and a half feet long and weigh as much as 240 pounds—the largest in South America. They are reddish brown or chestnut in color, with black lower legs. Unlike many other deer species, their young are not born with spots. Though once found throughout South America, marsh deer populations are now found in Paraguay, southern Brazil and northern Argentina around the basins of large rivers where the dense vegetation provides them with food.
