Want to become a Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC) auditor? Are you a certificate holder who'd like to better understand what auditors are looking for when they come to assess your operation? Or maybe you are considering FSC certification and want to know more about the standard.
The Rainforest Alliance, the world’s leading non-profit certifier to the FSC standards, is seeking to recruit auditors to help deliver its FSC certification services in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
The Rainforest Alliance offers a tailored FSC training course endorsed by FSC as fulfilling their training requirements, including ISO qualifications.
The training offers an introduction to the FSC system covering both Forest Management and Chain of Custody standard requirements, auditing technique, report writing, and teamwork skills.
Your trainers are experienced FSC lead auditors who possess comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge about all aspects of the certification requirements. The learning takes place as a mixture of presentations and classroom exercises, and offers plenty of opportunity for you to practice skills that are important in the auditing process.
