Our guests are informed about our beautiful country and everything it has to offer through our Service Directory and Web-App. We utilize our digital platforms to communicate including TVs in the suites, our Web-App and several other screens located throughout the resort. These allow our guests to check hotel information, local information, sustainability practices, and more without using printed copies.
We reduce our environmental impact by separating our wastes and recycling as much as possible. We constantly encourage guests and staff to participate in prevention programs to reduce the waste of water and energy.
Additionally, we promote awareness to our employees, guests, and social media community through our #EcoTips, where we encourage best practices like avoiding the use of straws, mindful towels and linens usage policy, preference for local products and more.
