Secrets Vallarta Bay offers a high-quality work environment. Our employees receive free English classes and ongoing training in customer service, human rights, and health. We educate our guests and have quality measurement systems in place to monitor the level of satisfaction of our guests and employees.

Through in-kind donations, we support charities such as local halfway houses, the Red Cross, and universities. To promote local culture, we educate our employees about patron saint festivities, traditional holidays, and culinary events. We also support outreach programs on the prevention of sexual crimes and the exploitation of children, and programs that support gender equality.

To reduce our impact on the environment, we encourage energy, water, and gas conservation. We train our staff in the management, separation, and proper disposal or recycling of solid waste and we have wastewater treatment plant. We also organize regular beach clean-up activities.
