  • We prioritize the use of local labor.
  • We work closely with our local community. We maintain the bus stop and care for the local historic cemetery.
  • We are in negotiations with the National Agricultural Technology Institute (INTA) to assess the feasibility of reintroducing agoutis, a local rodent species that has been eliminated from the area.
  • We preserve and manage our plants, as if we were an ecological reserve. We do not cut trees, and plant wild species and native fruit trees to attract birds from the Do Turvo reserve in Brazil.
