The Rainforest Alliance 2008 Annual Gala
The Rainforest Alliance celebrated another amazing year of achievement on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at our annual Gala dinner and awards ceremony in New York City. Environmentalists, progressive companies, celebrities and distinguished leaders in the business and diplomatic communities gathered for this distinctive event. The Gala recognized exceptional achievements made by individuals and companies in the areas of sustainable agriculture, forestry and tourism. Proceeds from the Gala went to benefit our comprehensive conservation initiatives.
