Below are the countries corresponding to the geographical scopes allowed in the Rainforest Alliance’s 2020 certification program. A geographical region is a predetermined cluster of countries which determines the boundaries within which certificates for multi-site supply chain certificate holders can be issued. According to the Rules for Certification Bodies, CBs may carry out audits in any country that is not subject to sanctions from the United States government, as indicated in the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
