Ricky Echanique is mission-driven entrepreneur, passionate about regenerative agriculture, food, and restoring the environment. Ricky is a fifth-generation farmer from Ecuador, and CEO and Founder of MIKUNA, a supplier of Chocho, a traditional Ecuadorian crop which helps strengthen crops, and is a plant-based protein source. Mikuna Foods grows their Chocho on 3,000 acres of Rainforest Alliance approved farmland in the Sigchos region of Ecuador. He is an Ecuadorian American who grew up working in their family farm in Balao, a town known for banana production and fine aroma cacao. Ricky enjoys tennis and travel.
