Pernille Lind Olsen is the CEO of Faerch Group, a Danish headquartered global food packaging company. Prior to that she served as Corporate Senior Vice President at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, where she was responsible for Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ global Packaging and Consumer Goods division as well as the North America region. She is based in her home country Denmark, and has worked out of Denmark, Singapore and Germany during her career.
Olsen started her career at the Danish BioSolutions company Novozymes (now Novonesis), she since moved to Hempel, Danish coatings supplier, subsequently to Henkel, German consumer brands and Adhesive company, before joining Faerch in July 2025. She is a non-executive board member in Danish contracting company Aarsleff.
Large parts of her career have focused on international business leadership, strategy, and innovation, always with a strong focus on delivering value to customers and sustainability.
Olsen holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from University of Copenhagen, a business diploma in Energy Management from SIMI and executive educations from CBS and Harvard Business School.
