In this lesson, students will examine traditional vs. modern farming practices. They’ll come to grips with key concepts, such as agroforestry, monoculture, and regenerative agriculture—and learn how different approaches impact soil health, biodiversity, and water.
Through videos, activities, and discussion, students will evaluate which farming approaches are most sustainable and how cultural and environmental factors influence food production.
