Dear Partners,
As announced last month, MultiTrace was unavailable from September 1–7 while we migrated traceability for certified nuts (cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, and macadamias) to the new traceability platform. That migration is now complete.
What’s changed
- You can now access the new traceability platform through MyRA to manage traceability for certified nuts.
- Any MultiTrace transactions that were confirmed before August 30 have had their corresponding stocks carried over. Transactions that were not confirmed by that date were not migrated and will need to be re-issued in the new platform.
A reminder for multi-ingredient products
If you manage traceability for multi-ingredients products that contain nuts and other Rainforest Alliance Certified ingredients (for example, a chocolate-hazelnut spread), and not all of your certified ingredients have moved to the new platform yet, please continue to only confirm incoming certified volumes there for now. Hold off on manufacturing, selling, or redeeming volumes from these products until all Rainforest Alliance Certified ingredients used in your product are available in the new platform, at which point you’ll complete the remaining traceability activities. Full details are in the Policy: Traceability Extension for System Transition.
